I stayed at YHA Malham for a short overnight stay before heading out to explore the Yorkshire three peaks at 6am. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The toilets and showers were in great condition too. The hotel also had a dining room with games and books to keep my youngest entertained. The location was beautiful, surrounded by nature.
100% Recommend this hotel.

Surrounded by stunning natural landscapes, Yha Malham is the perfect retreat for nature enthusiasts. With its ideal location, nestled just off the main road in the heart of Malham village, you can easily access the beautiful trails to Gordale Scar and Malham Cove. the private rooms are spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for families. the shared bathroom and kitchen facilities are clean and well-maintained. You can also enjoy some quality time in the lounge, playing board games and creating lasting memories with loved ones.
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints at all.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely fantastic for exploring the surrounding area. I could easily hike up to the tarn and Malham Cove, and even have some alone time up on the moors. The food here was great, with plenty of choices and a nice lounge to relax in. I also loved sitting out in the beautiful gardens. The staff were friendly and very helpful, showing a genuine interest in their guests. The room had everything I needed, including heating and free toiletries. Plus, the shared kitchen was a convenient addition.
I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The value for money at Yha was excellent, with spacious and spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable beds, and fresh linen. The location was fine, with beautiful views and easy access to the National Park and local pubs. The staff were really good, super lovely, and very accommodating.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety and options.

The hostel had safe grounds for children, a good games room, and a lobby for adults. Friendly atmosphere and obliging staff. Clean rooms and great showers. Delicious breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at Yha Malham! The communal kitchen was a great place to connect with fellow travelers and learn about their adventures. As a single parent, I never felt alone thanks to the friendly atmosphere. The rooms were super clean and had ample storage space. The showers had amazing water pressure and were always clean. Plus, the location was perfect, with a lovely pub right next door. I highly recommend this hostel for a nice stay.

I stayed at Yha Malham for a weekend getaway. The private room with bunk beds was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the self-catering facilities were great. The option to pay for breakfast and dinner was tempting, with a reasonably priced menu. Although the car park was small, street parking nearby was a convenient alternative. The location was perfect for exploring and there was an excellent pub just down the road. a very happy stay and we plan to return.
Highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel in a beautiful village. This place is nestled in a picturesque location, offering stunning walks right from the doorstep. The staff here were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. I was impressed by the level of cleanliness, as this venue is undeniably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The bed provided the utmost comfort, allowing for a restful sleep. Additionally, the breakfast served here was amazing, and the staff during breakfast truly went above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. The free parking was a convenient amenity, and the overall quiet atmosphere made my stay even more enjoyable.

Located in a charming village in the north west of England, this YHA is in close proximity to two fantastic pubs, perfect for a delicious meal and a pint. the room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with shared bathroom facilities that were well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. the breakfast was a highlight, with hot and freshly prepared options to choose from. the lounge area offered a fun selection of board games to enjoy.
Some areas of the hostel could benefit from better soundproofing.

Awesome view from the room and romantic lights in the corridor. The showers were kept clean and tidy. The home-style food in the restaurant was delicious.
We were woken up several times by noise in the hallway. The breakfast was a bit sparse, only toast and cornflakes available.

The location was perfect for a Christmas getaway with beautiful walking routes nearby and stunning views. the facilities were spotlessly clean, with great showers and comfortable bedding. We also enjoyed the option of paying for breakfast and the availability of a bike shed.
Our room was freezing cold with no heating during the evenings, despite staff trying to turn on the radiator.

The food provided by the chef was excellent, and the staff tried to be helpful. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to beautiful hiking trails and attractions. the beds in the dorm were comfortable and squeak-free.
There were some negative aspects about our stay. the room was not as warm as the rest of the property.

Located in the heart of a picturesque village, it offers easy access to two great pubs. the self-catering kitchen is filled with many utensils in excellent condition. Rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and good showers.
